Homemade Fried Rice Recipe
Here is the recipe of egg fried rice
Ingredients:
• 3 cups
cooked rice
• 2 tbsp
oil
• 1 small
onion, diced
• 2 cloves
garlic, minced
• 1 cup
vegetables (capsicum, carrot, beans )
• 2 eggs,
beaten
• 2 tbsp
soy sauce
• Salt and
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the
oil in a non-sticky pan.
2. Add the
diced onion and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until
the onion is translucent.
3. Add the
mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they are
tender-crisp.
4. Push the
vegetables to the side of the pan, creating a space in the center. Add the
beaten eggs to the center of the pan and scramble them until cooked.
5. Add the
cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a fork.
6. Add the
soya sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan and fry all together for 2-3 minutes.
7. Taste and
adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade fried rice!
